Terms of
Use

1. Who these terms are with

This website and its booking system are operated by El Dorado Social Ventures, Inc. (8th Floor Gateway Tower, Limketkai Center, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City), trading as Climb Anytime. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You need an account to book online. Walking in does not require one.
• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
• We may suspend or close an account that is being misused, or that is used to make bookings with no intention of turning up.

3. Booking is a reservation, not a purchase

Booking online holds your spot. It is not a payment and it is not a ticket. Nothing is charged to you on this website — there is no online checkout.

A booking is confirmed when the system shows it as confirmed and it appears in your bookings. We may need to cancel or move a booking occasionally — for maintenance, staffing, a mall closure or safety reasons. If we do, we will let you know and you will not be charged for the session.

4. Paying

You pay at the front desk when you arrive. The desk accepts the payment methods available at the venue on the day.

5. Prices

Rates vary by day and by membership — weekday rates differ from weekend and holiday rates, and members pay less than non-members. Because of that, the booking screens show a "from" figure only, which is the lowest applicable rate. It is not a quote for your booking and it is not a total.

The full rate table is on the pricing page. The rate that applies is the one in force at the front desk on the day of your visit. We try to keep the site accurate, but if a published price is wrong, the correct rate applies and the desk will tell you what it is before you pay.

6. Changing or cancelling

You can cancel a booking yourself from your bookings in your account. To change a booking, cancel it and book the new time.

Any cancellation deadline, late-arrival grace, no-show consequence or refund arrangement is set by the venue and applied at the front desk. Those are not defined by this website — ask the front desk, or contact us, if you need to know where you stand before you book.

7. Climbing carries risk, and a waiver is required

Climbing, bouldering and the use of a climbing facility involve inherent risks, including the risk of falling, collision, equipment failure, and injury. Booking a session does not remove those risks and this website does not assess your fitness to climb.

Every climber must complete the gym's registration and waiver at the front desk before getting on the wall. That waiver is a separate document, it is signed in person, and accepting these terms is not a substitute for it. First-time climbers also receive a safety orientation before they climb. See the waiver page for what to expect.

If you are not permitted or not fit to climb, or you do not complete the waiver, you will not be able to use the walls even with a confirmed booking.

8. House rules

While you are in the gym, follow the instructions of our staff and any house rules posted at the venue. Staff monitor the climbing area and may stop anyone from climbing, or ask them to leave, where there is a safety concern or where behaviour affects other climbers. Socks are required with rental shoes.

The gym is inside Limketkai Mall and we operate within mall hours and mall rules.

9. Using this website

• Use it for booking and for finding out about the gym — not to disrupt it, probe it, or get at other people's data.
• Do not use automated tools to make bookings or scrape the site.
• Do not put anything unlawful, offensive, or belonging to someone else into the notes field on a booking.
• The site's content, branding and photographs belong to us or our licensors. Please do not reuse them without permission.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site and the booking system available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If the booking system is down, you can still walk in during mall hours.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you make a booking is the one that applies to it. We will change the date at the top when we update the page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Cagayan de Oro City have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
